DotX will never lock you into a long term contract. All agreements are month-to-month - we want to make sure we are meeting or exceeding you expectations every month.

  • Time and Materials - all work is billed at our current hourly rates, no recurring costs or services
  • Monitoring or Services Only - a monthly subscription to one or more of our services (Remote Monitoring, Anti-Virus, Spam Protection, Wireless Management, Backups), these clients enjoy a discounted hourly rate on all work performed
  • Managed Services Plan - Plan 1 - includes all services listed below. On-site service, projects, and after-hours support are billed additionally at our discounted hourly rates
  • Managed Services Plan - Plan 2 - includes all services listed below including on-site service. Projects and after-hours support are billed additionally at our discounted hourly rates
